A café that lets you look out over the seasonal splendor of Lake Biwa. In winter you can see hundreds of black-headed gulls flying across the lake's waters. On a clear day you can see as far as Chikubushima island and even the opposite bank, so a seat on the terrace is especially recommended when the weather is fine.
