Authentic soba noodles, made with love and care from the waters at the base of Mt. Ibukiyama and without additives of any kind. Especially recommended are the "oroshi soba" noodles made using grated daikon radish, a specialty from Ibuki. They also sell confections made using soba powder and other ingredients produced in Ibuki.
