A restaurant specializing in eel and river fish dishes, located in Omi-Imazu in the west lake area. We are famous, and rightly so, for our Kansai-style split and broiled eel, using a special sauce handed down over generations and fragrantly fried up over a charcoal fire. Other dishes include "hitsumamushi" style eel, allowing you to enjoy three ways of eating it in a single dish, and a hearty eel rice bowl. From the retail corner, the "boiled eel" to be topped on green tea over rice comes especially recommended.
