Chikubushima island is famous for its powerful spiritual energy. It is said that if you can throw kawarake (ceramic plates) from here to pass through the torii gate jutting out into Lake Biwa, your wish will come true. That just might be the case, if your wish is to win some fabulous prizes, because the Kawarake Throwing Championship is now looking for participants!
