[Cherry Blossom] Miho Museum Cherry Blossoms

The Miho Museum was designed by the world renowned architect I.M. Pei, who is also responsible for the glass pyramid at the Louvre in France and the National Gallery East Building in Washington. The museum grounds are also a famous spot for cherry blossoms in springtime, when the area throngs with visitors.

What lies at the end of this long tunnel?
Experience the anticipation and excitement of finding out.

A free electric bus also runs around the large grounds, making getting around easy and convenient!

After finally coming out of the tunnel,
a fabulous world of pink spreads out all around.

Witness the weeping cherry trees!

A path lined with weeping cherry trees runs for around 150m from the reception block, creating a curtain of brilliant blossoms.
The area throngs with people seeking to capture the perfect shot of these beautiful trees.

The entirety of the Miho Museum looks like a work of art.

This is the perfect spot for a springtime trip, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful museum and beautiful flowers all at once.
