Ikehara Soba Dojo
A refurbished old house that lets you experience authentic soba noodle making for yourself. Village-grown buckwheat and delicious water combine to make the ultimate soba. You can also eat them immediately after making them! Reservations are required at least three days in advance. If reservations are made in advance then it is possible to schedule the experience for a weekday.
